Dinara is one of the oldest clubs from the former Yugoslavia. It was founded in Knin on July 29, 1913, as SK “Lav.” The American branch of the club was established in Schererville, Indiana, USA, in 1975.

FC Dinara is a soccer club founded in 1973 by Serbian immigrants from the Krajina and Dalmatia regions in the state of Indiana. The club is the reigning champion and Supercup winner of the prestigious United States European Soccer League Chicago, which brings together the best teams from three neighboring states: Illinois, Wisconsin, and Indiana.
FC Dinara recently obtained its license and is currently in the process of establishing a Soccer Academy, as well as a basketball section of the club.
